I led the execution of the Amalfi Foundation’s social impact campaign by building and managing a structured student-led program of 20 student leads and 200 team members. I coached 7 students of the first cohort through clear goals, accountability, and hands-on leadership while overseeing donor outreach, sponsorship conversations, and 250-person event coordination. This approach ensured alignment across students, Amalfi Foundation teams, partners, and stakeholders while delivering a cohesive campaign experience from planning through execution.

The campaign successfully launched the Amalfi Foundation’s first student-led social impact and pre-MBA program, creating a repeatable framework that combined leadership development with real-world fundraising experience. Students were coached through fundraising, donor conversations, and event execution, resulting in strong individual performance and clear ownership across the cohort.
The program generated $220k in contributions through a mix of corporate sponsorships, individual donors, matching gifts, and a capstone event experience. Beyond funds raised, the campaign delivered long-term value by establishing a scalable student program, strengthening corporate and donor relationships, and positioning the Amalfi Foundation as a platform for emerging leaders in social impact. Two college scholarships were able to be awarded to the top 2 team leaders.
