Philanthropic Campaign
I led a 7-week, end-to-end fundraising campaign benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, managing strategy, execution, and a cross-functional team to raise $70,000.
Context
Execution

I led the execution of an omnichannel (letter, email, SMS) fundraising campaign centered on personalized outreach and relationship-driven communication. I developed a strategic multi-generational team of 8 members across the United States, coaching each on how to activate their personal and professional networks.
In parallel, I oversaw stakeholder relationships by building and managing a segmented donor lists of 1500 names, leading corporate sponsorship meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for high-value donors and partners. I structured our outreach cadence to maintain momentum throughout the campaign, with a focus on clear, urgent, and impact-led storytelling that moved qualified leads toward high-commitment giving.
Letter Mailed to Donors
Results
I secured three corporate sponsorships with enterprise partners:
Mastro's Steakhouse
Golden Nugget Casino & Hotel
Natural Aesthetics Center
Alongside sponsorship development, I managed and coached a multi-generational team, where one team member was recognized as Team Member of the Year, a title earned by 1 of 200 team members across the program, reflecting the impact of my structured leadership, coaching, and performance management.

Sponsorship Pitch
I also managed key donor and stakeholder relationships, including leading donor conversations with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies and securing a $5,000 matching contribution sent on the final day of the campaign, resulting from an email crafted to create urgency and accelerate giving. Through a mix of corporate sponsorships, individual giving, matching gifts, and event-driven fundraising, the campaign raised $70,000 in total.
